All data is encrypted, securely stored in the U.S., and never shared, retained, or used for model training. Additionally, you have full control of your data, with the ability to instantly remove any projects when you choose.

The platform automatically detects personally identifiable information such as names, gender, immigration status, etc. and lets you choose which details to automatically redact the instant they are detected. With flexible redaction settings, your data remains protected and fully under your control.

When you remove documents from your file manager, they're also permanently deleted from our system. No copies are stored or retained. Your data is never kept or shared for any reason.

No. Our AI models are frozen, isolated, and never accessible to third parties. No data is shared, retained, used for training, or for any purposes outside of your usage. You maintain full data control and complete ownership.

Data Retention

You retain full control of your data and can choose to permanently remove with one click, or if you believe you may resubscribe later, you can elect to keep your information accessible for 60 days after cancellation. Manual and automatic data removal will both permanently delete all of your data and history, leaving only your login credentials.

Resubscriptions

Unless you elect to permanently delete your work on cancellation, your data will remain intact for 60 days after cancellation, for easy resubscribe functionality. During this grace period, you will be able to log in at any time and permanently delete all of your data and history manually with one click.

How to Cancel

Step 1: Log in and navigate to your account page.
Step 2: Select "My Subscriptions"
Step 3: Choose the subscription you wish to end and press the "Cancel" button in the top right corner.
Step 4: Feedback (optional): Please consider letting us know why you decided to leave, or press "Skip".
Step 5: Confirm your request and receive a confirmation email summarizing your cancellation details.

Account Changes

After cancellation or expiration, your account transitions to the "Explore" Version, which includes your basic account credentials, order history, and the option to resubscribe at any time.

Enterprise Accounts

Enterprise accounts are governed by individual contract terms. Cancellation, billing, and data retention policies may differ. Please refer to your specific contract for details.
